Reviving a 1960-era brick office building.

Regina’s Warehouse District spans roughly 80 blocks in the heart of Regina. Often called the “soul of the city”, the district is home to businesses, shops, restaurants, entertainment and more. Many buildings in the area have undergone extensive renovations, but this unassuming one-storey commercial building is on our top five list of projects. Originally built in 1961, the brick building underwent a full renovation, including removal of all partition walls and floors, pouring a new concrete floor and installation of an overhead garage door. The result is a revitalized, compact commercial building.
